How It All Works

So, you’ve read through the pages on this site and figured out what service you think you need. You’ve filled on the form on the ‘Contact’ Section. What comes next?

I’ll review your request and reach out with any questions or clarification of details. After that, I’ll submit a quote for services for you to approve. Once you approve the quote, we’ll set up a meet & greet at your home to go over all of the fine details and for me to meet your pet(s) and get familiar with your home space. We’ll also determine that everything is on scope with the quote and add anything if it’s needed.

Once everything is approved on both sides, payment will be due in full prior to the service dates for all first time clients.

Then, I show up and provide amazing care! I keep each client updated via text. I send photos. I make sure to give everyone and every pet the care I’d expect to receive!
